At the core of her therapeutic philosophy is the belief that personal growth is a step-by-step process. Gail emphasizes that enhanced understanding of one’s circumstances and processes can lead to more effective decision-making abilities. She sees therapy as an equation, with ‘Decision Making Skills,’ ‘Problem Solving Tools,’ and ‘Encouragement to Change’ at the forefront. When these elements work together, they lead towards a singular destination: Success.

As a dedicated and empathetic counselor, Gail is committed to guiding her clients through their individual therapeutic journeys. She believes in empowering individuals with cognitive tools and fosters an environment where they are encouraged to initiate positive changes and transformations in their lives.

With Gail, therapy is not just about addressing current hardships. It is also about equipping clients with the skills and understanding they need to navigate future challenges with resilience and wisdom.
