Because I’m a veteran, I’m aware of the realities of navigating and receiving services from the Veterans’ Administration. Finally, I have experience providing counseling for those struggling with issues of: depression, anxiety, couples and relationships, family problems, parenting, grief and loss, career and work, stress management, conflict resolution, military and veteran concerns, and gender identity. In my work, I believe we all need to be compassionate toward each other and listen to each other’s concerns.

have my undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona (with a Psychology and Gender & Women Studies major), and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a background dealing with diverse issues.
