Dr. Cecelia Clarke, NP-C, is a United States Air Force veteran who is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has a Master of Science in Nursing and received her Post-Master Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2005, having nearly two decades of diverse experience in the field, serving civilians and military members.

Dr. Clarke additionally completed her medical doctorate in 2018 with tentative plan to complete a psychiatry residency. Clarke holds membership in the American Medical Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Clarke additionally is a member of the Nursing Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau.
