Richard is a dedicated Medical Biller at Beyond Expectation, bringing over five years of Medicare expertise from his time at UnitedHealthcare. A proud Las Vegas local, Richard’s journey into the billing field began with a friend’s recommendation to join UHC, where he discovered his talent for navigating the complexities of medical billing.

Currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree at UNLV with plans to continue into a Master’s program in Business, Richard exemplifies the balance of ambition and dedication. Outside of work and academics, he thrives on the dance floor as a competitive ballroom dancer, a passion that has earned him recognition in the semi-finals of ballroom competitions.
